Embrace technology. Learn as much as you can about it. Continuously learn about things going on in our society. READ. Critically think. Then THINK for yourself.  Learn to think outside of the box. Develop soft skills like communicating clearly and listening well. Don't be afraid to work with others to achieve common goals. Stay in control of your emotions. Don't be mean and disrespectful to others--especially older adults--they could be your ticket to more opportunities. Accept the word "NO". Sometimes there are boundaries in life. Boundaries are in place for a reason. Help to solve problems that are affecting everyday people. Don't be afraid to lead. Prioritize and manage your time. Don't party too much-- it will become a time waster. PAY ATTENTION TO TRENDS. Be creative.  Most of all, GROOM and adapt yourself for the workplace--in office, remote or hybrid. Personal hygiene is a must.
